Personalizing LinkLive

LinkLive is a configurable application that allows users to customize settings to fit their specific needs. Many of these options can be found in the LinkLive Settings Menu.

This section details the most commonly used settings, including:

• Multimedia settings – Adjust speaker, microphone, and camera preferences.

• Conversation workflow – Customize how conversations are handled.

• Presence Automation – Set rules for automatic status updates.

Additionally, the LinkLive user interface can be customized to optimize workflows. Users can:

• Choose their default view after login.

• Hide the Contacts panel for a cleaner layout.

• Select Widgets for quick access to features like Previous Conversations, Favorite Queues, Favorite Contacts, and Agent Metrics.
