(24.05.2) Support QA on multiple ADR instances by same Agent
We have enhanced our MMP to differentiate an Agent with multiple ADR instances and identify which ADR instance is associated with their handling of the session when performing a QA Review. This multi-instance ADR by same Agent scenario occurs when we have an agent that is signed in with two different clients.
(24.04.2) ADR playback for chat sessions
We are enhancing our MMP QA Reviews to support ADR playback independently from an audio source. Thus, if a session being reviewed contains an ADR, it should support playback regardless if chat only or a voice call. So this will enable ADR playback for chat sessions.
(24.02.1) Survey Display Value of NONE
When designing a survey, some questions can be asked only for the purpose of structuring the survey, and do not reflect the survey satisfaction. To support these scenarios, a Survey display value of “none” has been added to the currently supported values of “tile” and “pie chart”. If the display value is “None”, LinkLive Reports does not render the chart on the survey report.
(24.02.1) Display Scatter Charts by Hour vs Date
This new feature will provide an option to “Show Scatter Charts by Hour”. Once toggle on, Scatter charts will overlay all points (regardless of the day it falls on) by it’s hour of occurrence within the day.
This can then be toggled back to “Show Scatter Charts by Date” to show the details as previously implemented.
This will apply to all scatter charts on the “Charts/Graphs” view.
