Common Daily CDR Report

The Common Daily CDR Report displays detailed information about daily call detail records that occur within a contact center. Review Reports for a detailed overview of filter, export, and input control information.

The resulting report contains the following columns.

  • Hunt Group

  • Session ID

  • Session Start

  • Date

  • Session Type

  • Session Direction

  • Seconds Queued

  • Seconds Until Agent is Added

  • Seconds to Agent Response

  • Handle Time (secs)

  • Agent Wrap-up Time (secs)

  • Length (secs)

  • Responding Agent

  • Dbid
