Account Activity
The Account Activity dashboard can be accessed from the Menu drop-down under the Dashboards category. This dashboard displays important detail about activity occurring outside of the hunt group.
Important activity metrics include the following
Logins
Secure Messages
CoBrowse
Voice
Chat
Top Metrics
Important metrics are summarized and provided to the user. These metrics reflect the selected time period. Review Applying Agent Filters for detail on how to filter down results.
Many of the hunt group specific filters will not be relevant to this view as the display is focused on activity outside of hunt group activity.
Total LinkLive Sign Ins
This metric card displays the total user logins for the time period selected. To view detailed information behind the metric, click the download icon in the lower right of the metric card.
Total Secure Messages, Sent/Recvd
Secure messages sent and received from users within the selected time filter range. To view detailed information behind the metric, click the download icon in the lower right of the metric card.
Total CoBrowse Sessions
CoBrowse sessions conducted within the selected time filter range. To view detailed information behind the metric, click the download icon in the lower right of the metric card.
Total Voice Sessions
Voice sessions within LinkLive occurring outside of typical hunt group activity appear in this section. To view detailed information behind the metric, click the download icon in the lower right of the metric card.
Total Chat Sessions
Chat sessions within LinkLive occurring outside of typical hunt group activity appear in this section. To view detailed information behind the metric, click the download icon in the lower right of the metric card.
