WFM Schedule and Change Request tabs: Ability to change display time zones
WFM Users (Agent or Supervisor) now have a time zone selector on all the pages under Schedule and Change Request tabs to select the display time zone. This selector will list major timezones regions including UTC and GMT.
By default the User’s local timezone (Like America/Los_Angeles) is used and all the date and times data on these pages are relative to that default local time zone. WFM User would be able to change the timezone (Like America/New_York) and upon change in the time zone, the screen would be refreshed with all date-times on the page displayed relative to the newly selected time zone. For ease of use, change in display time zone will be reflected across all the pages under Schedule and Change Request tabs.
