Settings: Skip Agents from Scheduling
Supervisors can set one or more Agents to be fully skipped form any schedule generation form the WFM Scheduling process. This will help with use cases where there are Agents who do not need to be automatically assigned shifts by WFM scheduling. This can be achieved by checking the ‘Skip for scheduling’ box on the Agent’s WFM Setting tab. Once skipped, that Agent will not be automatically scheduled for any of the hunt groups.
Change Requests: Manual Refresh of the log
Supervisors and Agents can leverage a Refresh icon 
on the sub-tabs under Change Requests to manually refresh the log. This will help them to see any new approval notifications which came recently while they are on the request page processing existing requests.
