Downloading and Installation

Desktop LinkLive can be downloaded and installed from LinkLive.app. Note that some organizations may choose to centrally distribute and install Desktop LinkLive for their users, in which case this process will differ. When Desktop LinkLive is available for your organization, a new icon is shown on the left hand navigation menu of LinkLive.app. Users will click this icon to see the LinkLive Desktop download page.

From the Application Download page, users will see a Download LinkLive button. LinkLive detects if user is on a Windows PC or Mac and automatically downloads the proper install for the computer the user is using.

Installing Desktop LinkLive

Upon pressing the download button, LinkLive opens a browser window and the application executable will download. After downloading, users can click to install Desktop LinkLive on their computer and run it for first time.
