Requesting Schedule Changes

Overview

Change requests cover your time off and shift trade requests.

Time Off

This read only view displays the time off requests submitted to your supervisor. The status of those requests is displayed in the last column of the table.

Tables column definitions are shown below.

• Type

  • The type of time off requested

• Period

  • The date range for time off

• Duration

  • The number of days requested off

• Reason

  • The reason you typed during the time off request submission

• Status

  • The status of the time off request. If a request is rejected, you will also see the for the rejection.

Shift Trades

Shift trades will show all shift trades that you are a participant. If another agent has requested a shift with you, there is an opportunity to accept the change within the table. You can also request the trade request. Note that the trade may still be approved by your manager.

In the top right, you can toggle between pending, approved, and rejected shift trades.
