LinkLive is creating new capabilities that enhance the value to the worker/patient/organization. Management now has the visibility to see field worker real-time locations. Their routes taken with mileage driven to their destinations. And LinkLive Mobile work shows the field worker’s current status.

Mapping

Accessed via the Main Menu | Map icon.

For initial setup select “While Using App” then “Change to Always Allow”

Tracking On/Off can be selected through the toggle in the upper right corner.

Mileage

Accessed via the Main Menu | Mileage icon

Shows mileage history of any days you turned tracking on.

Total mileage for the date range selected is at the top.

Individual days with start/end times is below.

Three dots for individual days allow you to view the map or edit miles.

To submit a route to management, select a route, then click the Submit Cloud Icon in the lower right corner.

Today’s route cannot be submitted.

Routes submitted cannot be changed in the app.

Location Tracking Schedules

Allows for scheduling On/Off tracking so that users don’t have to manually change it daily.

Accessed via Main Menu | Settings | Mobile Worker

Tap days and change the time frame when location tracking should turn on and off.

Manual On/Off Tracking can still be done within the Mapping screen.
