Outbound Voice Calls

Internal Contact

In the contacts tab, search for the contact you want to call, then select start voice call.

External Contact

Tap the phone icon to open the outbound dialer and dial the number you want to reach, then select the call button.

Add Contact

You can add a new contact to your My Contacts list from the Contacts tab.

Once the customer starts voice, the agent will see an event logged in the message window indicating that the customer has joined voice.

To join voice tap either the “Phone” icon in the footer, or the “Options” menu icon in the upper left corner of the Message window. You will be presented with the Media Keypad which will allow you to add Voice to your chat, by tapping the “Call” icon.

You will be prompted to confirm your action. Tap “Start Voice.”

The call is now in progress. The “Call” button had been toggled to an active voice state. To end the call tap “End”

Ending a chat or voice session

Tapping the “Messaging” tab will take you to the Messaging page where you can continue to chat, or leave the chat by tapping the red “Close” icon in the upper right corner.
