Solution

If you are sure your username and password are correct follow these steps:

1. Check your URL.

2. Verify the subdomain is correct. Example: mycompany.linklive.app

3. Correct any errors in the URL and try again.

4. If you do not know your subdomain, please contact your administrator for this information.

Remember: Email and Password inputs are case-sensitive.
