Desktop Windows Spellchecker
LinkLive Desktop Windows now has spellchecker when entering chat or SMS messages in the Messaging Window or secure mail content in the Secure Mail message input window. Mispelled words can be right-clicked to show a list of suggestions or allow users to add the word to their dictionary.
Chat IVA Responses in Session Logs
Session logs in LinkLive Admin include the response messages from Chat IVA in addition to the messages from the chat user. The Chat IVA messages in the session log include the same content and formatting as was shown to the chat user, including welcome messages, chat user form data (e.g. name, address) and IVA response formatting including bold, italics, bullets and numbered lists.
