Message Panel: Agents can select to set their message windows to always start expanded, show typing indicator when others are typing, display a timestamp in the message window, as well as use a 24-hour time format.

Message Input: Agents can select options to convert emoticon shortcuts into pictures while typing in the session window, turn on spellcheck while typing, as well as start voice with video.
